Guided by Benny Saint James, with over 17 years experience as a yoga teacher, massage therapist, and energy worker, this immersive experience blends yoga, sound healing, intention setting, and mindful ceremony - rooted in the beauty of high summer. Benny will gently guide you back into the wisdom already within, as healing begins when we remember the way back to ourselves.
