    Basic Package #1
     
    • Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursdays
    • Eight (8) hour rental. Up to 100 guests attending.
    • To conclude by 9 p.m. Includes: ceremony seating, barn,
    • tables, & use of stone farmhouse for wedding preparations.
    • You coordinate your ceremony and reception set-up.
    • You coordinate and oversee all vendors, i.e., caterer,
    • photographer, bartender, florist, d.j., etc.
    • You are responsible for clean-up, trash pick-up & removal.
    • Example 8-hr timeline:
    • 12-3 pm: arrival, set-up, prep.
    • 3-8 pm: ceremony + reception (5 hr events only)
    • 8-9 pm: clean-up.
    • $400 deposit saves your date.
    • The balance is due 90 days prior to your event.

  • Friday Only Wedding

    3,900$

    • Friday only wedding + reception
    • Eight (8) hour rental. Up to 100 guests attending.
    • to conclude by 10 p.m. Includes: ceremony seating, tables,
    • chairs, use of stone farmhouse for wedding preparations.
    • We help you coordinate your ceremony and reception set-up.
    • We help with all professional vendors, i.e., caterer,
    • photographer, bartender, florist, d.j., etc.
    • We set-up and clean-up, and provide trash pick-up & removal.
    • Example 8-hr timeline:
    • 1-4 pm: arrival, drop off any specialized decor & prepare.
    • 4-9 pm: ceremony + reception (5 hr events only)
    • 9-10 pm: Gather your items, clean-up after yourself.
    • $500 deposit saves your date.
    • The balance is due 90 days prior to your event.

  • Saturday Premium

    4,900$
    Premium Package #3
     
    • Saturday wedding + reception
    • Ten (10) hour rental. Up to 200 guests attending.
    • To conclude by 10 p.m. Includes: ceremony seating,
    • guest sign-in table, reception seating with our 9'
    • wooden farm tables & wood folding chairs, with set-up.
    • Use of barn, stone farmhouse, and rental items included.
    • Includes one pre-wedding consultation.
    • Thursday rehearsal. Complete set-up & tear-down.
    • Includes day-of-coordinator with a detailed time-line.
    • We facilitate logistics on-site of your vendors, i.e.:
    • caterer, photographer, florist, d.j., etc.
    • We handle clean-up throughout your event & after too.
    • Enjoy a stress-free, magical day!
    • $1000 deposit saves your date.
    • The balance is due 90 days prior to your event.

  • The Weekend

    6,000$
    Ultimate Package #4
     
    • Enjoy your wedding weekend at leisure
    • beginning Friday, 2 pm until noon Sunday.
    • The weekend package includes all of the Saturday
    • package with these extras: Friday rehearsal, and two
    • nights stay at the stone farmhouse.
    • Friday: Maid of Honor & Bride stay
    • Additional bridesmaids: $50 ea.
    • Unlimited consultations prior to your wedding.
    • $1000 deposit saves your date.
    • The balance is due 90 days prior to your event.

  • Summer Sundays - Flower Field Weddings

    750$
    August - September
     
    • Flower field weddings for up to 120 guests.
    • Ceremony seating included.
    • Festival parking & ample room for a princess tent.
    • Bring your own rentals, tables, & chairs for the reception,
    • or rent tables + chairs from 1884 On The Bluff.
    • You set-up and clean-up. Venue rental for 6 hours.
    • Not to exceed 8 p.m.
    • Naturally beautiful & private property.
    • $400 saves your date. Balance is due 60 days prior to event.
